Rhys is an Alchemical Guide, Cosmic Intuitive Reader, Regenerative Grief Doula, and Chief Operating Officer of the Alchemical Institute. In her expanded role as Chief Officer of Cosmic Flow, she translates intuitive calling into ethical, sustainable structures through which guides, businesses, and communities can grow without losing their connection to the soul of their work.
As a co-creator of The Golden Tapestry Method™, five cyclical movements of Breathe, Release, Reveal, Align, and Embody, Rhys supports people navigating life's in-betweens. She guides them through the space between what has ended, what can no longer continue as it was, and what has not yet fully emerged. Her work honors grief as Prima Materia: the raw, sacred material through which identity, relationship, love, belonging, and possibility can be transformed.
Rhys designed astrology readings through the lens of The Golden Tapestry Method™ to go beyond the pop-culture stereotypes that limit the expression of a chart, honoring it instead as the soul's map. Each personalized reading traces a chart through the Method's five movements, uncovering patterns ready to release, revealing what is ready to be seen, and naming where the heart is ready to align. It arrives at the golden thread beneath: the enduring truth of their Highest Self to be fully embodied. Rhys co-created The Golden Thread App as the practical application of this work — a space to meet what the chart reveals daily, as life continues to unfold."
Rhys is the Regenerative Grief Guide for Golden Tapestry communities where she helps participants gather the threads of their lived experience, recognize the grief woven through them, loosen inherited and relational knots, recover the golden threads of their most authentic selves, and reweave their lives from a place of deeper truth.
At the heart of her work is the understanding that healing unfolds across soul time, not linear time. She holds sacred space for the wisdom of what has been, the possibilities of what is emerging, and the highest expression of what is seeking to become. Rhys does not ask people to leave their grief behind. She helps them weave it into a life that more fully expresses who they have always been.
